30 Second Science Human Digestive System by Ross and Kate

Digestive system

“Ok this is 3o seconds science presented by Ross and Kate; this show is focusing on the digestive system, over to you Kate!”

“When you eat your food it starts in your mouth where it gets chomped and chewed and saliva helps break it down.”

“Then it goes down a long tube about 20 meters in adults, called the Oesophagus leading to the stomach.”

“In the stomach there is acid that mixes with the food. The acid is so strong that if you did not have a protective layer in the inside of the stomach it would burn through and kill you.”

“Sorry that is all we have time for, hope you enjoyed our speech.”
